Salary: $45.00 USD Hourly - $50.00 USD Hourly

Description:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a support team to ensure the reliability and performance of systems
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates for IBM MQ, Oracle, Unix Shell Scripting, and ACI MTS applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed applications and systems
• Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure they meet quality and performance standards
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge
• Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in team meetings and discussions
