Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technical Lead and a Systems Analyst for a large modernization project of their tech stack.



HYBRID to their Columbus, OH location




The Tech Lead will be responsible for individual coding contributions in addition to their team leadership responsibilities.

• • Lead team in execution of development and delivery of the organization's software products to QA, and ultimately to Production
  • Interface with Project Manager, Systems Analyst and other key stakeholders in Project Management, Business, QA, and Technology Operations to ensure high-quality delivery of software projects on time and budget
  • Assemble releases and drive improvements in the release process
  • Act as a Scrum Master in resolving needs and roadblocks identified by team members
  • Ensure the coordination of individual team deliverables are synchronized as necessary to achieve goals
  • Identify technology risks early and establish mitigation plans
  • Meet daily with developers to review and improve code quality, requirements specification, and design methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with OAuth and JWT solutions
  
  

The Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing in-depth technical systems consultation to internal business clients and senior technical management to ensure alignment with the Enterprise Architecture. The Systems Analyst will have experience conducting complex technology and system assessments.

• Demonstrated technical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of infrastructure design to support high volume, multi-tier applications


• Recent and demonstrated ability to influence management on technical or business solutions


• Knowledge and understanding of Cloud computing, PaaS design principles and micro services and containers


• Working knowledge/experience with on-premises and Public Cloud technologies, such as ECS/EKS, Kubernetes, Docker


• Experience in partnering with developers and architects from other teams to build solutions and resolve system and business problems


• Experience in leading / facilitating analysis of current systems and problem identification and resolution


• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps concepts and SRE principles


• Working knowledge of JSON, SQL, and YAML


• Experience with RESTful API design characteristics


• Experience in leading large scale Digital transformation


• Understanding of Agile practices and ability to work with Agile teams to define and track user stories
