Description: Our client is currently seeking a Analytics Analyst



Role Overview



The teams support Lead Analytics within CxD sites, focusing on client experience. They support Secure Sites, which include views and navigation after logging in (e.g., landing pages).


Analysts will work within a Lab-based Agile team to support analytically driven decisions for site/page changes. The team receives browsing data through Adobe Analytics and needs to provide insights to drive decisions. They will utilize SQL queries (Athena within AWS) and Python (Sagemaker with AWS) to derive information.



Preferred Experience

• Adobe Tagging and/or Digital Experience


• Strong business acumen (this is not a heavily technical role)


• Collaboration with developers and Big Data engineer

Responsibilities

• Solve business problems by creating frameworks, analyzing data using SQL and Python (including the ability to create models and perform text mining), and showcasing insights and recommendations through storytelling and visualizations in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and Python


• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau


• Experience with Adobe Analytics
