Description: Our client, a global gaming company, is currently seeking a Senior Strategic Partnerships Specialist. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic partnerships that support a diverse portfolio of games and enhance the overall player ecosystem. Working closely with teams across Publishing, Game Studios, and Technology, you will be responsible for activating and managing integrations that align with product goals and deliver exceptional player experiences.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Cultivate and manage key relationships with strategic partners across the gaming portfolio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch seamless integrations and tailored player experiences that align with overarching game and ecosystem strategies.
Oversee the execution of partnership deliverables, managing assets, timelines, technical requirements, and creative components in close coordination with game teams.
Facilitate clear and effective communication with stakeholders at every phase of the activation process to ensure project alignment.
Engage with external partners during activation planning to enhance the impact of integration and strengthen partnerships.
Prepare and present materials for both internal teams and executive stakeholders to communicate progress and outcomes.
Ensure that all deliverables outlined in partner contracts are met consistently and effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements:
A minimum of 6+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, or project management, with a proven track record in building and executing successful partnerships.
Demonstrated expertise in creating strategic integrations, marketing initiatives, or product partnerships.
Proven ability to excel in an external-facing role, managing relationships and communications with diverse stakeholders.
Experience working within a matrixed organization, collaborating effectively across multiple teams.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for clearly articulating complex ideas.
A deep passion for gaming and a strong empathy for the player experience.
Familiarity with game development processes and industry trends is highly preferred.
