The Judge Group is seeking an Continuous Improvement Manager for a manufacturing company in Nebraska


Title: Continuous Improvement Manager


Location: Omaha, NE Area


Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 plus bonus and LTI


Responsibilities:


• Lead Strategy Deployment (SD): Ensure strategic alignment by cascading Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) both top-down and bottom-up. Assist the site leadership team in developing a strategic vision for improvement goals, including a site master plan that outlines the deployment roadmap and maturity expectations based on priorities.


• Coaching: Guide the team on Operational Excellence, emphasizing both external and internal benchmarking. Foster a zero-loss mindset across critical areas to optimize quality, delivery, and cost, while enhancing safety.


• Ensures compliance with quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices, and all local, state, federal and safety regulations, policies and procedures.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree, Engineering a plus


• 7+ years in a manufacturing environment


• 2+ years in a high speed manufacturing environment (food/bev, packaging, med device, etc.)


• TPM, Six Sigma Black Bet


• Large site or multisite experience
