ECS is seeking
a process oriented and experienced Atlassian Jira & Confluence Administrator to manage, optimize, and support our Jira and Confluence environments. The ideal candidate will configure workflows, automate processes, integrate third-party tools, and ensure best practices for team collaboration and agile project management. This role will entail working closely with stakeholders to identify the requirements and processes necessary for implementing technical solutions, improvements, and workflows using the Atlassian tool suite.

Duties:

• 
  Responsible for driving multiple customer solution design products simultaneously working with analysts and customers to derive requirements for use cases/scenarios.


• 
  Problem solve, analyze and develop solutions based on customer interviews and requirements.


• 
  Administer and maintain Jira and Confluence.


• 
  Provide user training, support, and documentation for best practices.


• 
  Develop automation rules, scripts, integrations, custom dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business needs.


• 
  Manage Confluence spaces, templates, permissions, and macros to enhance collaboration.


• 
  Configure Jira and other Atlassian applications to optimize system performance and integrate with other tools and technologies.


• 
  Experience with using, installing, and configuring Atlassian Marketplace plugins (Portfolio Structure, ScriptRunner, Gantt Chart, Dynamic Forms, etc.).


• 
  Oversee creation of JIRA story boards, confluence reports, visuals, and dashboards.


• 
  Planning and assigning work when acting in a lead role, determining designs, collecting metrics on all associated development tasks, creating documentation, and conducting quality control testing.


• 
  Assess and clearly communicate backend configuration changes with workflows.


• 
  Responsible for, or assists in, the designing of interface standards and quality assurance standards to support change management efforts.


• 
  Responsible for continuously improving team knowledge, methodologies, and solution design blueprints for client and use cases.


• 
  Other duties as assigned.
