The Heights Post Acute is hiring LPNs! $5,000 Bonus*!

Shifts - Days & Nights, 12-hour shifts, 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am

What to expect:

Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments

Successful candidates:

Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in Colorado

Rate Range $30-$40

*$5,000 Bonus paid: $833 every 4 months of full-time employment up to a total of $5,000 after 2 years - Only full-time employees eligible for bonus
