We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, Project Management Office in Oklahoma City, OK to lead our Project Management Office (PMO), Agile transformation, and Performance Management efforts. This role will drive the transition to a hybrid project delivery model, balancing traditional project management and Agile methodologies to enhance execution of business-critical initiatives. This role offers a hybrid work schedule and competitive compensation package.

What You’ll Do:

• 
  PMO Leadership & Strategy – Lead the PMO, implement a hybrid project management model, and align projects with business goals.


• 
  Enterprise Portfolio & Financial Management – Oversee the project portfolio, manage budgets, optimize financials, and ensure visibility into progress and risks.


• 
  Agile Adoption & Process Optimization – Drive Agile maturity, implement workflows and tools, enhance project efficiency, and ensure alignment to leading practices.


• 
  Organizational Transformation & Change Management – Transition the PMO to an Enterprise PMO (EPMO) and align Agile methodologies across teams.


• 
  People & Team Leadership – Develop and mentor project managers, implement training programs, and foster a culture of collaboration.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 10 years of experience as a Project Management Office (PMO) manager, including maturing a PMO Center of Excellence and leading a PMO journey to an Enterprise PMO


• Experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, up to leading people


• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required


• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agilist Certification preferred


• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business operations or closely related field required; 4 years of experience, in addition to above requirement, may be considered in lieu of required education
