About the Opportunity The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily administrative and operational functions of the office. This role involves ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in areas such as data processing, record-keeping, financial administration, and operational support. The Office Manager will assist leadership in managing the team, implementing process improvements, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the organization.


*This role is primarily in-office, Downtown Indianapolis*



Essential Functions



Operational Management:


  • Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes.

  • Monitor workflow and identify areas for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Financial Administration:


  • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.

  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of financial data.

  • Oversee payroll processing.

Data Management and Record-Keeping:


  • Maintain accurate and organized records and databases.

  • Ensure data integrity and security.

  • Manage data entry and processing activities.

  • Generate reports and analyze data to support business decisions.

Administrative Support:


  • Manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling, correspondence, and filing.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Handle vendor relationships and procurement activities.

  • Manage and maintain office IT infrastructure.

Process Improvement:


  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Analyze existing workflows and recommend changes to optimize operations.

  • Utilize technology and automation to streamline processes.



  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company's core values, competencies, and skills.




Education Qualifications



  • Required High School or Equivalent

  • Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree




Experience Qualifications



  • Required 3+ years of relevant experience in an office manager or administrative support role
