Position Overview

The Technology Solutions Technician is responsible for installing new equipment, training customers on the use of the equipment, and responding to or resolving support issues.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

• Install Trimble machine control technology on earthmoving and paving equipment.


• Provide training for customers on the use of their hardware and software


• Respond to service calls from customers and resolve issues with hardware and/or software malfunctions and user errors. Somere-configuring of software upon customer request.


• Coordinate and manage the schedule of pending installations/training and utilize additional resources as needed based on expertise required or workload demands. Submit documentation to the Office Manager for billing.


• Cross-sell additional product to customers by sharing information on other services
