A large Medical Device Company in Irvine, CA is seeking a Part-Time Sanitization Processor.
Pay: $22/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 12 PM .

Job Description
Ensures bioburden reduction of all manufacturing aids, tools, and equipment in keeping with Microbiology, Regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare tools received from SURG isolation and final assembly - including washing, cleaning, and wrapping - for sanitization, per department procedures or Engineering requests
Load tools and manufacturing aids in the appropriate autoclave and/or oven per specified diagrammed instructions, and initiate equipment cycle for sanitization, per department procedures or Engineering requests
Strong Microsoft and computer knowledge
Review, follow and perform job functions in compliance with work instructions and adherence with SOPs, including recording traceable information on device history records
On time arrival to work, regular attendance without excessive absenteeism, and working a full 8 hour or longer work period
Other incidental duties: General work area housekeeping and photocopying cycle charts
Education and Experience:
H.S. Diploma or equivalent Previous GMP, clean room, medical device experience Preferred
