Job Description:

A growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2+ years experience to join its dynamic team. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on litigation experience in a supportive, fast-paced environment with real growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution.


• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand letters.


• Research case law, gather medical records, and analyze insurance policies.


• Appear for hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.


• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients against insurers.


• Supervise litigation support staff and track case deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 
  2+ years of personal injury litigation experience


• Strong legal research and writing skills (Westlaw experience preferred).


• Familiarity with CasePeer case management software is a plus.


• 
  Open to insurance defense attorneys looking to switch to plaintiff work.

  Salary: $120K-$180K (flexible based on experience).
