What You'll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective graduate students-answering questions, providing program information, and creating a supportive experience from the very first conversation.


• Manage a high volume of outreach through phone and email, maintaining thoughtful and professional communication.


• Guide individuals through the application and admissions process with empathy, accuracy, and a sense of urgency.


• Collaborate with enrollment advisors and leadership to ensure every prospective student receives timely and helpful communication.


• Stay organized and accountable in a role that offers autonomy, while contributing to a highly collaborative team environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (or near completion)


• At least one year of experience in customer-facing work such as sales, customer service, admissions, or similar


• Strong communication skills-both written and verbal-with a professional and personable tone


• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize in a fast-paced setting


• Self-starter with strong time management skills; comfortable taking ownership of your day-to-day work
