Front Desk & Administrative Assistant

Are you a detail-oriented professional who loves interacting with people and keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Front Desk & Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our company and provide essential administrative support across departments. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy solving problems, this role is for you!



What You'll Do:

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional first impression


Answer and direct phone calls with excellent customer service


Support the Service Dispatch team during peak times


Manage office supplies, filing, and document organization


Handle incoming and outgoing mail distribution


Review documents for accuracy and inquire about any discrepancies or errors


Mail out billings and payments


Assist with administrative tasks across departments


Work on special projects as assigned to support business operations



What You Bring:

2+ years of administrative experience (construction industry experience is a must )


Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel


Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify and question inconsistencies


Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills


Professional phone etiquette and a customer-focused attitude


Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects seamlessly
