Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Analyst I to join an automotive client in Fountain Valley, California. The role focuses on ensuring auto parts availability to support OE service and accessory parts requirements at dealer and port facilities. The successful candidate will assist in minimizing customer impact by expediting orders and resolving backorder situations, gaining valuable experience in communication, organization, and problem-solving. Position is a 3 month contract, working onsite. Pay - $24-26/hr
Responsibilities
Review dealer backorder file and provide written updates daily.
Expedite orders from Distribution Centers for port shortages.
Create part transfers to replenish inventory weekly for ports.
Place supply orders to ensure a stable pipeline for assigned parts.
Support communication with Management and OEs on current statuses, issues and resolutions to provide better customer service.
Work Schedule
8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday - onsite position
Education Requirements
High School Diploma is required.
Experience Requirements
0-1 years of experience in a related field preferred.
Proficient in basic computer skills and software packages (word processing, spreadsheets).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
