We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our daily operations by performing a variety of administrative tasks. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running with minimal training.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and form completion.
Draft and edit correspondence, letters, and emails.
Answer and direct phone calls from customers and vendors.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on inquiries.
Assist with service orders and ensure timely completion.
Maintain organized and accurate records.
Support the implementation of company procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience in a small office environment preferred
