We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Specialist to join our team in Greenfield, NH. This role involves managing client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting sales and operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
SALARY: $55,000 - $60,000/annually
LOCATION: Greenfield, NH (on-site)
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Process orders, invoices, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth account management.
Analyze customer needs and provide product or service recommendations.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account history in the CRM system.
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
Assist in preparing reports, forecasts, and account status updates for internal teams.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
