Associate Attorney - Commercial Real Estate Finance

A highly regarded law firm with a national reputation in commercial real estate finance is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions while maintaining a balanced work environment.
Responsibilities:
Represent banks, life insurance companies, and commercial lenders in real estate finance transactions.
Draft and negotiate loan documents, coordinate closings, and manage deal flow.
Work on complex deals involving office, hotel, apartment, and industrial properties.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance or related transactional practice.
Experience representing lenders preferred.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and transactional management skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $130K+ based on experience.
Billable Target: 1,800 hours annually with bonus potential.
