Associate Attorney - Commercial Real Estate Finance

Location: San Diego, CA (UTC)


A highly regarded law firm with a national reputation in commercial real estate finance is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions while maintaining a balanced work environment.


Responsibilities:

• Represent banks, life insurance companies, and commercial lenders in real estate finance transactions.


• Draft and negotiate loan documents, coordinate closings, and manage deal flow.


• Work on complex deals involving office, hotel, apartment, and industrial properties.

Qualifications:

• 
  3+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance or related transactional practice.


• Experience representing lenders preferred.


• Strong drafting, negotiation, and transactional management skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  Salary: $130K+ based on experience.

  Billable Target: 1,800 hours annually with bonus potential.
