Role: Sales Executive or Sr Sales Executive

This is a hybrid role is based out of our Charlotte office, candidate must live in/near the office location and have the ability to travel to be in the office as needed for training, meetings, office events, client meetings, etc.

What You'll Do



  • Research and identify, secure & lead meetings with potential clients and decision makers.

  • Grow, maintain, and leverage your network; cold call where necessary to meet potential clients and ensure a robust pipeline of winnable deals.

  • Develop an intimate knowledge of your customers' business and needs and be their voice during the sales process.

  • Work with industry and account leaders, subject matter experts, and alliance partners to win as a team.

  • Plan persuasive approaches to pitches to win the business, keeping your pursuits on track throughout the process.

  • Handle objections and work through differences to a positive conclusion.


What You'll Bring



  • 5-8+ years of experience in direct sales/business development in consulting/professional services.

  • Proven track record of closing business with new clients in various industries. Experience in financial services, manufacturing, or technology is a plus.

  • Consistently met or exceeded sales targets for the last 3 years.

  • Ability to build and share impactful relationships with C-suite leaders.

  • Persistence, resilience, focus, accountability, curiosity, and a positive attitude.
