Job Description:



Join our Enterprise Operations Group HR team as a Principal, HR Business Partner (Call Center Operations) where you will support Customer Experience leaders and their teams primarily within our large non-exempt population of call center employees. To excel in this key role, you will build relationships with Customer Experience leaders and advise them on all people-related matters, such as driving the annual HR cycle, coaching leaders on team performance, creating an inclusive and engaging work environment, and developing employees. You will handle complex issues with detailed analysis and gain a comprehensive understanding of your assigned business areas. This role will be based either in Dallas, TX or Irvine, CA and candidates should live within a commutable distance of either. Our current model is hybrid, 2 days onsite, in office with the remaining remote.



Responsibilities:



  • Cultivate influential relationships across the organization and provide strategic and operational HR support, using advanced insight to drive organizational growth, including addressing complex issues requiring detailed analysis.


  • Develop and implement comprehensive workforce strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring effective resource management and delivery of defined outcomes, determining methods and procedures on new assignments.


  • Lead HR initiatives, overseeing talent management, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, rewards, engagement, and development to improve business performance, using judgment to select, evaluate, and adapt techniques for effective results.


  • Oversee talent strategies, conduct comprehensive talent reviews, and develop robust succession plans for key roles, maintaining consistency across the organization and providing insights and recommendations to executives.


  • Champion employee engagement initiatives, leveraging feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals collaborating with senior executives.


  • Identify and address skill and capability gaps through innovative L&D solutions, collaborating with global COEs to ensure business relevance and effectiveness.


  • Proactively partner with business leadership to anticipate and address future people-related business needs, providing strategic counsel and risk assessment.


  • Lead organizational development efforts, guiding reorganization, change management, and cultural alignment activities to enhance business performance and foster a culture of development.


  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop and execute effective hiring strategies, enhancing the CoreLogic employee value proposition.


  • Manage core HR processes and programs in partnership with COEs, optimizing HR delivery and contributing to organizational effectiveness. Direct the application of existing principles and guides development of new policies and ideas.


  • Manage and resolve employee relations related to restructuring, performance management, workplace injuries, return to work, and termination processes.


  • Conduct confidential workplace investigations relating to team member grievances and disciplinary matters.


  • Demonstrate deep domain knowledge of Cotality businesses, aligning HR strategies with short-term objectives and long-term strategies.


  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and Cotality policies, serving as a role model for ethical conduct and professionalism.


  • Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and support to the HR Business Partners and broader HR team, fostering growth and development





Job Qualifications:



You will bring:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, organizational behavior or related field.


  • 7+ years' experience in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) capacity, with at least 2+ years of that supporting nonexempt employee groups.


  • At least 1+ years in an HRPB role supporting Call Center/Contact Center Operations employee groups, in multiple site locations


  • Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills; consultative and collaborative leadership style; ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the enterprise to drive required results.


  • Applied analytical skills; solid decision-making capabilities coupled with the ability to analyze situations and provide practical recommendations, use sound judgment.


  • Successful at operating in a high velocity environment, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ability to prioritize conflicting demands, organize time and resources to deliver consistent results for the business and bring initiatives to successful completion.


  • High degree of business acumen; strong fiscal aptitude. Advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Teams, Co-Pilot, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Role requires self-sufficiency from an administrative perspective and a general understanding of systems and their application to advance efficiency of operation.


  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed; estimate up to 20%




A bonus if you have:


  • HRBP experience within a financial services or data management organization


  • MBA or Masters in Human Resources


  • PHR, SPHR certification
