The Client Council and Industry Trades team (part of the Global Partners organization) is committed to building trust and reputation by collaborating with the industry and our cross-functional partners to make progress on the biggest issues and opportunities facing our advertising industry. We do this by building and maintaining trusted relationships with Meta's clients, agencies, and industry trade partners. The engagements we lead provide Meta's leadership and product teams essential feedback, offers a forum to debate and address the marketing industry's biggest issues and opportunities with the most influential leaders around the world.We are seeking a leader to join our Trust and Brand Safety efforts as a Program Manager: Trust and Brand Safety. You will be responsible for establishing tracking and reporting systems, regular reporting and key performance indicators and navigating response on behalf of our largest advertisers. This role requires a results-oriented individual who can thrive in a time-sensitive environment, navigate rapid changes, and exceed high expectations.
Program Manager, Trust & Brand Safety Responsibilities:
Establish and implement tracking and reporting systems to monitor advertiser support efforts
Develop and execute daily, weekly, and quarterly escalation tracking processes
Support the build out of reporting metrics, key performance indicators, and update reports on a set cadence to inform future ways of working and outcomes
Support escalation efforts, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication
Partner closely with Meta communications to develop and deliver messages back to stakeholders
Partner with cross-functional teams to make progress on key priorities
Remove friction for sales teams by providing timely and effective response and brand safety solutions
Support the stand up of internal trainings to sales teams on escalation efforts and hot topics like Fraud Scams, Content Integrity and more
Ongoing collaboration on Brand Safety priorities
Support broader team projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Communications, Public Relations, Sales or a related field
Proven track record of achieving goals and driving results in a cross-functional environment
Attention to detail and flawless execution
Understanding of digital advertising and marketing industry
Experience of consistently driving projects forward and finding opportunities to increase impact, and experience in ambiguous situations.
Experience communicating and packaging marketing material in Google Drive
Proven track record of establishing and implementing tracking and reporting systems
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience of interpreting data to make informed decisions
Demonstrated experience with communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively with cross-functional teams
Track record of navigating rapid changes, meeting high expectations, and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated attention to detail and capacity to maintain confidentiality
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Public Policy, or equivalent field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing time-sensitive projects through to completion while balancing evolving priorities and a diverse range of stakeholders
Knowledge of regulatory risk and compliance
Familiarity with AI, Youth Safety, and emerging technologies
Certification in crisis management or a related field
