Position Summary

The position requires a high energy, customer focused individual who will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of production planning SAP business systems and Supply Chain Management. Focus will be with SAP production planning, sales & operation planning and production execution. Ability to perform hands on configuration in PP/MM/SD including understanding the integration points to sales distribution and finance is required.

Responsible for the design, implementation and support of all aspects of the production planning and control, material management and sales and distribution processes in our SAP environment. The successful candidate will possess a strong combination of analytical and technical skills and will design best practice SAP solutions in close collaboration with our business customers. Candidate must have in-depth configuration and business processes knowledge of PP, MM and SD modules in SAP and must be expert in integrated processes and modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required.
  • Provide detailed transactional information to internal and external auditors as required.
  • Provide guidance on technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed solutions when alternative solutions are available.
  • Establish good relationships with stakeholders throughout the CTS Corporation operating companies.
  • Work with CTS and consultants to define process and scope for Plan to produce
  • Work with FICO, Supply Chain and Finance data owners to fix data issues or to re-assign responsibilities.
  • Be Outcome Oriented - maximize effort vs benefit to achieve objectives.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and under tight time pressures - planning, prioritizing and controlling own workload.
  • Continuous Improvement - Inquisitive - self teaching of relevant new business thinking and technology solutions.
  • Contribute to a mixed workshop process.
  • Ability to organize and co-ordinate diverse groups in complex situations.
  • Broad content experience across multiple lines of business.
  • Broad technical exposure - including ALL key SAP functionality and technology.
  • Lead functional/technical architecture in complex SAP and non-SAP environments.
  • Manage design workshops on multiple area of expertise.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Self-starter with an ability to learn new concepts quickly
  • Strong oral and written presentation skills
  • Strong business analysis and project management skills
  • Ability to understand a problem and provide solutions
  • Ability to debug issues

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years working with SAP, with at least 2 full implementation experience in architecting SAP solutions.
  • 3+ years of PP and SD configuration experience to support core Plan to Produce and Order to Cash processes and good understanding of PP-FI/CO and PP-SD integration.
  • Working experience in SAP BW, ABAP programming, FIORI, or Solution Manager is a plus.
  • Experience with design and development of Plan to Produce processes, blueprinting and developing process flows.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts with both technical and functional teams.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in technical (preferred) or business streams (Engineering/MBA)
  • ITIL Knowledge and Experience.

Travel Requirement:

  • Occasional travel may be required, up to 10%.

The expected annual salary range for this position is $115-145K.

This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus with a target incentive of 10% of base salary.
