Job Description:

Position Overview:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger management. This role collaborates with the sales team to evaluate the financial aspects of deals and ensures accurate financial reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounting Processes: Oversee all accounting activities related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.


• Financial Analysis of Deals: Collaborate with the sales team to assess and analyze the financials of potential deals, ensuring they are aligned with the company's financial goals.


• QuickBooks Management: Utilize QuickBooks Desktop for current accounting processes, with plans to transition to QuickBooks Online in the near future.


• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving accounting processes and implement best practices as the company grows.


• Reporting & Compliance: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting while adhering to company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounting, specifically in AP, AR, and General Ledger management.


• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online).


• Experience in financial analysis and evaluating the financial viability of deals.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a small-office setting.

• Small, collaborative office environment with a team of 10-15 employees.
