Non-Profit client is looking to hire a Temp to Perm CRM Manager/Administrator. This role is Using Microsoft D365 to facilitate fundraising, gift processing, financial reconciliation, constituent tracking, relationship management, fund management, and member stewardship. Must have database administrator experience, willing to take on tasks, organized, and is comfortable managing the data. This role requires someone in office Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm. Positions starts on/around Monday, March 31 st , 2025. Temp duration is approximately three months.
Responsibilities:
Conduct weekly/monthly audits of data entry to ensure accuracy.
Build in functionality/establish security to prevent bad entries.
Produce month and year-end membership and development reports.
Reconcile deposits and contributions with the finance department at month and year-end.
Ensure the database and operations support articulated strategies.
Conduct all changes and imports to maintain data.
Maintain all integrations with our and other systems, such as Constant Contact
Manage data entry, donation, and gift processing operations.
Design and manage the gift processing workflow and reporting.
Data entry as needed for constituents and relationships.
Ensure that gift acknowledgments are produced within a specified timeframe.
Maintain records needed for Member Wall and other recognition and credit elements.
Support the production of standard and custom reports.
As necessary, build custom reports for special projects.
Export for complex mailing lists such as newsletters, membership, appeals, and event invitations.
Create and maintain mail merge acknowledgment letters for acknowledgment of Member fees.
Requirements:
Experience working at a Non-Profit in a similar role
Microsoft D365 & Excel
Strong attention to detail, fast learner and ability to manipulate data
Degree preferred but open if someone has solid experience doing this job
Compensation:
75K-80K DOE + Great Benefits
