Our client, a successful global AdTech company, is seeking a dynamic and bilingual People Operations Specialist to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience processing payroll, handling everything from onboarding to termination of employees, including benefits and administrative responsibilities such as employee engagement surveys. • Small company experience, required.


• Tech experience, preferred .


• Spanish language, preferred.


• Business savvy with strong analytical skills.

The salary range for this role is $80k-$110k.


Compensation is commensurate with experience.
