CLE Coordinator at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in New York, New York

Job Description:

Our client, a multinational law firm, is seeking a Continuing Legal Education Coordinator to join their NYC team. The hours are 9:30am-5:30pm and they operate on a hybrid schedule with four days in office and one day remote.


Responsibilities:

• Provide programmatic and CLE accreditation support for Sidley-produced lawyer training programs


• Review course materials and documentation for CLE accreditation


• Apply for program and attorney CLE credit in non-accredited jurisdictions to maximize credit


• Prepare and submit reports, renewal applications, and compliance documents for accredited provider status


• Draft attorney communications on CLE rules, credit awards, regulations, programs, and compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required


• Law firm experience preferred, CLE experience a plus


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Must have a team player attitude

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $$88K depending on experience plus overtime plus bonus
