Job Description:

Our team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Asset Manager specializing in real estate development and property management.




The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evaluating, enhancing, and managing real estate assets, ensuring they deliver sustained value and profitability.










Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
  Asset Valuation and Analysis:
  




• 
  Perform ongoing valuation and financial analysis of real estate assets.
  


• 
  Monitor market trends to provide accurate and current asset values.
  


• 
  Prepare regular reports summarizing property performance, valuations, and investment recommendations.
  




• 
  
  Property Management Oversight:
  




• 
  Oversee day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties.
  


• 
  Ensure maintenance, compliance, tenant relations, and lease management meet company standards and objectives.
  


• 
  Supervise property operations teams, external property managers, and contractors.
  




• 
  
  Real Estate Development Coordination:
  




• 
  Lead feasibility analyses and due diligence for potential development and investment opportunities.
  


• 
  Coordinate projects from inception through completion, collaborating with contractors, architects, legal teams, and municipal entities.
  


• 
  Monitor development budgets, time lines, and regulatory requirements closely.
  




• 
  
  Strategic Asset Planning:
  




• 
  Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at optimizing property portfolios, enhancing asset values, and ensuring long-term sustainability.
  


• 
  Identify opportunities for acquisitions, disposals, and redevelopment.
  




• 
  
  Financial Oversight:
  




• 
  Manage asset-related budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analysis.
  


• 
  Work collaboratively with finance teams to secure project financing and investment capital.
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  


• 
  5+ years of experience in real estate asset management, property management, or real estate development.
  


• 
  Strong analytical, organizational, and financial modeling skills.
  


• 
  Excellent knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations.
