Job Description:

Our client is seeking a 4 plus year corporate attorney to join its legal team.

This attorney will work on a wide range of matters includig corporate governance, public company compliance, data security, contracts, employment law and compensation structures and support
the company's philanthropy subsidiary, and general corporate matters.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from a top law school


• 4+ years of large law firm and/or in-house legal experience


• general corporate background


• team player


• intellectual curiosity

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and to be a corporate generalist. The company is located North of Boston, and the company wide policy is 3 days in office.
