The Workday on Workday team is looking for someone with outstanding experience managing the Workday delivered configurable security framework, access privileges and control structures.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role will be to implement and maintain configuration, security assignments and procedures that best support an efficient and scalable security framework. The functional security administrator will:

• Maintain a Workday security framework that is efficient and scalable




• Review and assign user access across all Workday domains and security groups




• Assist users with security-related issues, troubleshoot access problems, and guide best practices




• Review security configuration and assignments to ensure compliance with internal security policies and procedures




• Identify opportunities for improving configuration of existing security features and drive ongoing efficiency and continued improvement of core configurations




• Configure system security settings, managing security domains, groups, roles, and policies

About You

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Workday implementation experience




• 3+ years of Workday security knowledge

Other Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Workday Security (Certified Workday Pro for Security)




• Experience with agile methodology (Jira, Confluence)




• End to end implementation experience




• The ability to analyze sophisticated business challenges, respond independently, and communicate across all levels of the organization




• Good interpersonal and organizational skills; experience in solving problems and documenting issues, gaps, and resolution

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location: USA.GA.Atlanta

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $107,200 USD - $160,800 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $101,800 USD - $181,000 USD
