SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Senior Systems Engineer - Electronic Warfare Prototype / Production.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: TheSenior Systems Engineer is responsible for the integration of variousoperating systems, application programs and hardware devices. Duties of asenior systems engineer typically include requirements development, drawingreviews, staffing/cost analysis, and scheduling. The senior systemsengineer works across multiple vertical domains including RF, Electrical,Mechanical, Software, IT, Test, and is a primary contact for customerinteractions. Project management credentials/experience are also desired. Experience in the Electronic Warfare domain desired but not required.
Candidates must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance is for the position, however, applicants must have an active Secret clearance on the date of hire.
Qualifications:
Education: Master’sdegree (or Doctorate) in an STEM discipline is preferred. In lieu of a master’sdegree, significant work experience paired with a bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline may besubstituted.
Experience: Aminimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: This position operates in standard Office, Assembly Laboratory, and Aboard Vessel/Shipyard environments. Standard offices and laboratories: Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting. In shipyards and aboard vessels: Significant use of hands to operate equipment and tools. Significant lifting of <40 lbs.; occasional lifting >40 lbs. Sitting, stooping, bending, twisting, reaching, lying prone, and squatting on a daily basis. Work is performed in highly variable work conditions to include seasonable variations in weather and temperature. High probability of working in confined spaces where movement is restricted. Dust, noise and constant activity associated with the movements of materials and people, and the fabrication of steel, including welding and the use of overhead cranes/hoists. Personal Protective Equipment: safety shoes and hard hat required; hearing protection and safety glasses recommended.
