Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Data Analyst with a strong background in SQL and C#/.Net, along with a proven ability to work with complex data systems. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting and improving technical operations and development within our team. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate these into detailed technical specifications.
- Design, architect, and implement data and analytics solutions that effectively support business processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including data models, data flows, and system integrations.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure clear communication and adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to enhance data retrieval and manipulation.
- Work closely with data engineers to understand and improve existing data systems and interfaces.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of production systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Apply advanced knowledge of database management and data integration techniques to solve complex technical issues.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, database design, and data integration.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services.
- Experience with C#/.Net development, including building and consuming Web Services.
- Knowledge of ETL methodologies and data integration patterns such as APIs, batch processing, and streaming.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Lake and Azure Databricks is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data in an understandable format.
