This position will have working hours of 8 pm-8 am, rotating weekends. The schedule will change weekly.

• Responsible for real time tracking & tracing all shipments
• Main point of contact for all regional drivers (`60 regional & 100 OTR) on a nightly basis.
• Provides key updates to customer service for unexpected delays
• Responsible for HOS enforcement with all drivers on a nightly basis
• Responsible accident intake information from drivers.
• Responsible for communication with Sedwick regarding claims and filing
• Must be able to problem solve when issues arise.
• Responsible for McLeod order entry information for both OTR and Regional drivers.
• HOS edits and corrections in Samsara

What you have:


Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
2-4 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.


What you're good at:


Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.
Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products
