Assembly Line (Evenings) 2nd Shift at Hendrickson in Lebanon, Indiana

Job Description:

• Assemble and pack components for semi-trailers suspension systems.
• Operate machines / equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Understands bills of materials and standard work instructions in order to perform tasks.
• Accurately report daily activities on work orders and other media as required.
• Conduct required quality control checks using common measuring devices.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as required.
• Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards.
• Exercise safe working habits while operating machines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Leader.

• Mechanical aptitude with a demonstrated ability to work in a production environment.
  
• Must be able to meet production standards and follow written and verbal instructions.
  
• Ability to follow operation procedures.
  
• Must be able to read and write legibly.
  
• Ability to function as an effective team member.
  
• Ability to assess problems and recommend solutions to resolve problems.
  
• Must be able to physically lift 40 lbs.
  
• Must pass drug and alcohol screen.
  
• High school diploma (or GED) - proof required
