What you will enjoy doing*


  • You will organize and create documentation necessary for new applications, including job instructions, job routers, job safety analyses and standard operating procedures

  • In this role you will support manufacturing variance analysis (MVA) and interpret customer specification and blueprints associated with new and existing applications

  • Further you will Work with Quality organization to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and achieve acceptable first pass yield, as well to work as integral team member on productivity projects utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices

  • You will maintain an expertise with the process equipment in Operations and develop process parameters necessary to set up new applications with an emphasis on repeatable and efficient processes

  • In this role, you will work on cost estimations for manufacturing process improvement, designing tooling, specifying equipment, and more.


What makes you great


  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required

  • Further you must have 0-5 years of manufacturing plant or project engineering experience,

  • Additionally you have a proven ability to combine theoretical training with practical experience in a "hands-on" environment

  • Tooling development and CAD experience preferred with the ability to become knowledgeable on PST coating systems preferred

  • Lean / Six Sigma trained, green belt or black belt is preferred

  • Knowledge of sprayed slurry, thermal spraying, and electro-plated coatings is preferred
