Volt is immediately hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist in Bellevue, WA.


**Fully onsite Role**


As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will:

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable: tracking, recording, coding, approval, and payment.
• Record invoices in Oracle Accounts Payable, ensuring accurate scanning and matching to purchase orders.
• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Process and file 1099 forms.
• Collaborate with procurement and technical representatives for approvals.
• Identify unallowable costs per government rules/contractual terms.
• Manage disbursements to vendors, subcontractors, and subrecipients.
• Review and process employee expense reimbursements.
• Manage vendor relations, resolve invoice discrepancies, set up new vendors.
• Support general ledger accounting, including journal entry posting.
• Maintain AP files and monitor accounts payable aging.
• Perform moderately complex accounting tasks/analysis for reporting and audit purposes.
• Support audits for allowable/unallowable costs.

This is a Full-time, temp to hire opportunity



The ideal candidate will have:

• BA/BS degree in Accounting or equivalent business experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Office 365.
• Preferred knowledge of Oracle Cloud AP and government grants/contracts.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
• Must be able to pass extensive screening and background process

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p



Pay Rate: $55-70/hr.
