Volt is immediately hiring for Machine Operators in Chicopee, MA.



3rd shift



Pay Rate: $20.40 per hour



As a Machine Operator you will:

• The operator inspects the parts that come of the Molding press to be sure they are within specifications.
• After they inspect them, they will stack and bag them and they also input their production digitally.
• Ensure product inspection criteria are observed and implemented throughout work shift.
• Track production, scrap, downtime, and machine adjustments that have been performed.
• Stop production and inform supervisor when product does not meet specifications.
• Document production on forms provided to enable accountability.
• Demonstrate care in the use of calibrated measuring instruments provided for the performance of job function.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Machine operator experience in a production or manufacturing environment where they have actually produced the product.
• Injection mold operation experience a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual communications skills a plus

This is a Full Time Contract opportunity.
