Volt is immediately hiring for a Data Entry Technician - SAP in Littleton, CO
The purpose of the Business Information and Pricing Specialist's role is to ensure data quality within SAP. The position's areas of responsibility extend to pricing, exercising oversight of pricing approval processes, monitoring incoming price changes, and ensuring proper documentation as required by anti-trust law.
As a Data Entry Tech you will:
Create customer and material master data in SAP and ensure it adheres to Data Governance Standards and associated business processes.
Measure end-to-end process time for master data updates and drive adherence to set service levels
Analyze data quality reports and prescribe corrective actions as required.
Communicate with Data Stakeholders on importance of high-quality master data
May be required to perform other related duties as assigned
This is a full time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
Associate's degree with 1 year of relevant experience - OR HS Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge of SAP
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Proven analytical, organizational, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Demonstrated problem resolution and basic negotiation skills
Pay Rate:25.00-28.00/hour
