About the role
The estimator plays an integral role in budget development, submissions, takeoffs, cost evaluation, and coordination with the design team on executing contracts and qualifying bids and scope. You will coordinate with other management and senior leadership to share information and ensure a streamlined process. You will report to the Director of Preconstruction.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in construction management or related field
- 3 to 5 years of estimating experience in commercial construction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Compensation
- $95k-$100k base salary
- 8-12 percent annual bonus
