General Contractor based in Northern Virginia are hiring a Project Manager to work on commercial interior projects in the NoVA and DC area. This general contractor operates a hybrid work environment with Monday-Thursday being onsite and Fridays Remote. This is a permanent, full-time position with the hiring manager looking for a Project Manager that can take full responsibility for the delivery of a project. This GC has roughly 40 employees in the company, including 14 in the Project Management team, 11 Superintendents, an Estimator and a team of back office support including a Controller, Administrators and HR. They also pride themselves on an excellent culture, they conduct quarterly culture pulse surveys. Teamwork, collaboration, open-door policy, hardworking are the characteristic traits of the company.



Your new role :
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing detailed project plans that encompass timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for interior fit-out and renovation projects. 85% of their business is repeat, all private and most of their work is in Loudoun County and Fairfax County. On the new-build side, projects include self-storage, warehouse facilities, car dealerships, breweries, and office buildings ranging from $5M - $20M, with projects ranging between $500k - $5M.



What you'll need to succeed :

• 3+ years of experience in commercial interior projects or light base building is preferred.


• Proficient in managing projects from start to finish, taking full ownership of the project.


• Dedication to career development.


• Team player attitude.
