The Sales Training Intern plays a key role in the DwyerOmega Sales – Commercial Excellence team. The Sales Training Intern engages with their team to support and enhance our ongoing training efforts. In doing so, the Sales Training Intern will learn about our various products and the markets and applications they are sold in. The Sales Training Intern will work on the new sales applications training tool we are building. The Sales Training Intern will also research how we can utilize AI for training. These are key initiatives for DwyerOmega providing the Sales Training Intern with an opportunity to make a direct and lasting impact.

Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Research products, applications, and markets
• Build product lists with supporting documentation for the sales applications tool
• Research how we can use AI to develop training content and help build a training program
• Help organize and formalize our onboarding program
• Create a way to track individuals' progress through our onboarding program
• Help develop knowledge checks for training content to ensure understanding and retainment

Requirements:

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Science degree in an engineering field
• Major or Minor in Computer Science preferred
• Familiarity with AI

Essential/Preferred Skills :

• Strong computer skills
• Strong research skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Well organized with a high attention to detail

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements:

Work in an office environment, Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30 pm
