We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead and manage HR projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and diversity initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with business and HR management to drive impactful change within the organization. Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and manage HR projects within defined scopes to improve employee engagement and diversity efforts.
Collaborate with business and HR management to establish project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
Assess changes to project scope, issues, and risks, and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
Measure project performance and ensure alignment with original plans and budgets.
Communicate project progress through regular reports to stakeholders and management.
Coordinate resources to address project needs effectively.
Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in project management or human resources.
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project execution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
Ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Skills
Experience in managing HR projects related to employee engagement and diversity.
Familiarity with Class A certification processes and supply chain operations.
Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and outcomes.
