Are you ready to play a pivotal role in transforming global treasury operations? Join our team as a Treasury SAP S4 ERP Deployment Lead and drive process optimization and technology enhancements in a dynamic, remote setting. Responsibilities
Lead regional Treasury & Credit deployment activities, ensuring timely delivery and readiness.
Represent Treasury & Credit in regional deployment meetings, providing updates and addressing roadblocks.
Identify current state gaps, potential risks, and propose mitigation solutions proactively.
Report risks, issues, and escalations to Treasury & Credit leadership.
Champion the implementation of standard, harmonized global processes aligned with the global banking strategy.
Collaborate with regional Treasury & Credit process teams on ERP governance and deliverables.
Monitor key deliverables and planned progress to ensure timely completion.
Support end-to-end testing of deployed Treasury & Credit functionality within your region.
Extract and format customer information and credit data from legacy systems for internal stakeholders.
Assist with SAP security role profile assignments and testing for newly deployed countries.
Develop and maintain documentation, job aids, and training materials in partnership with Organizational Change Management.
Skills
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
Minimum of two years of SAP S4 FSCM Credit Management module implementation experience.
Minimum of five years of combined implementation/consulting experience in SAP S4 Treasury.
Minimum of five years of experience leading large system and/or ERP implementations.
Preferred Skills
Experience with 2 to 3 end-to-end implementation cycles in SAP S4.
Familiarity with SAP S4 HANA modules such as Treasury & Risk Management, Cash & Liquidity Management, In-House Cash, Bank Communication Management, and Financial Supply Chain Management.
Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and/or basic data extraction (manage queries, SQL, etc.).
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large datasets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to influence and partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement and lean six sigma orientation.
Self-starter with a passion for efficient business processes and leveraging technology.
Experience with corporate treasury, accounts receivable, financial markets, banking industries, and payment solutions.
Experience collaborating with multiple functions and countries, with the ability to influence diverse perspectives towards a common standard.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex problem-solving.
