Your Role:

As a Physical Therapist at Centennial Post Acute, you'll play an integral role in helping residents improve their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

  Create and implement personalized therapy plans to help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence.

  Monitor and track resident progress, making adjustments to treatment plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.
