Join Our Team as an Enterprise Resiliency Tools Administrator!
Are you ready to play a key role in ensuring McKesson's enterprise resiliency? You will manage and optimize the Riskonnect tool, ensuring seamless integration with other essential McKesson tools like ServiceNow and Workday. Job Responsibilities
Tools Administration:
Manage and optimize the Riskonnect tool, collaborating with the vendor for updates and issue resolution.
Ensure seamless integration with other McKesson tools like ServiceNow and Workday.
Maintain data integrity and currency for accurate output and integration.
Support RFPs and new tool analyses for enterprise resiliency.
Serve as the main point of contact with the vendor for account management.
User Support:
Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to design templates for various plans and reports.
Lead tool training, mentoring, and adherence to McKesson policies and industry standards.
Support audits and assessments for business continuity and disaster recovery compliance.
Communicate tool-related updates and recovery readiness to stakeholders.
Enterprise Resiliency Response:
Participate in incident response and emergency notifications during resiliency events.
Provide support and document events for future improvements and audits.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on technologies and propose tool enhancements.
Engage in training and professional development to enhance tool and personal effectiveness.
Qualifications:
7+ years' experience
Proven experience in disaster recovery / business continuity planning.
Familiarity with DR tools including Riskonnect, LeanIX, ServiceNow, OneTrust, and MIR3.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in managing and working with distributed team members.
Knowledge of and experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
Certifications in disaster recovery or related fields are a plus (e.g., Certified Business Continuity Professional).
Bachelor's degree a plus
Work Environment:
This position may require occasional after-hours work for testing and actual disaster recovery events.
The role may include on-call responsibilities to address urgent issues.
