Our global ecommerce leader client is seeking a highly skilled Product Operations Manager to join their team in San Jose, Bellevue, Portland, OR or San Francisco. Supporting one of the leading online marketplaces for buying and selling vehicles and automotive parts, you will change the way the world shops and sells.
The ideal candidate is passionate about driving results, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A strong background in program management and an interest in product management is essential. The candidate must have a proven track record of effectively managing multiple projects and ensuring successful execution. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
Responsibilities:
Lead quarterly planning and weekly status reporting for the Product team.
Manage sub-projects under larger initiatives in a dual project manager and product owner capacity.
Document feature requirements and manage execution with support from Engineering, Legal, and Design teams.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Proven track record of driving initiatives from ideation to activation and delivering business results.
Strong process orientation and business acumen.
Ability to build positive relationships internally and externally.
Active listener and clear communicator who seeks win-win outcomes.
Deep knowledge of product lifecycle management, agile execution, and building highly successful teams in a cross-functional environment.
Experience with collaboration, planning, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Google Suite).
Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management and/or product management in the technology sector.
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required.
Experience in ecommerce and/or automotive industry highly preferred.

Ability to identify and develop operational processes to improve overall program execution, including simplifying/automating ways of working.
Ability to balance strategic focus with tactical implementation/execution.
