Job Summary:



The Process/Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for optimizing chemical manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of chemical engineering principles.



Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize chemical manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.


• Conduct process simulations and modeling to predict performance and identify areas for improvement.


• Implement process control strategies to ensure consistent product quality and safety.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.


• Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.


• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.


• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams.


• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance and productivity.


• Provide technical support and training to production staff.


• Stay updated with the latest advancements in chemical engineering and manufacturing technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering, with a focus on chemical processes.


• Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles and process design.


• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, ChemCAD) and data analysis tools.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
