Job Description:

DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to perform multiple functions of A/P duties and other administrative duties as assigned. Must be used to working in a fast paced/multi-tasking environment where every detail counts and customer service is highly valued.

Job Responsibilities:
 



  • Timely payment of invoices to suppliers including registration, payment, and resolution

  • 3-way match and processing of invoices.  High volume invoice processing with light data entry.

  • Miscellaneous Invoice Processing as Needed

  • OCR data processing for invoices

  • Standard work hours: Monday through Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm


Job Requirements:



  • 3-5 years experience and/or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

  • Experienced and proficient in Excel, Word, Access and Outlook

  • High sense of urgency with exceptional problem solving skills

  • Detail-oriented team player with strong work ethic

  • Strong mathematical ability; must verify invoices for accuracy

  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
