We are currently looking for an undergraduate intern to support the Learning & Development team. This is a part-time internship, and we expect this individual to work approximately 15 hours/week in our Minneapolis, MN office. In this role, you will assist with the design, development, and execution of training programs aimed at fostering talent across the firm. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in human resources, talent management, or organizational development.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the development, coordination, and facilitation of learning programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge.

  • Support the creation of engaging learning materials, such as presentations, short tutorial videos, job aids, and videos, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.

  • Assist in managing the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, training, performance management, content updates, and troubleshooting technical issues.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support the roll-out of firm-wide training initiatives.

  • Provide support in the execution of L&D projects and programs, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are achieved.

  • Perform administrative duties such as scheduling training meetings/sessions, sending communications, and maintaining training calendars and other applicable duties related to performance and training.


Requirements:

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at a time

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members as well as autonomously on projects and tasks

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • In process of obtaining bachelor's degree

  • Strong interest in learning and development, talent management, or human resources.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

The anticipated pay rate for Minnesota-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $21 per hour.
