Job Description
This position embodies the internal "voice" of Ent regarding all employee-focused and change management related initiatives. This person's primary focus is to create internal communications utilizing Ent's Internal Communication Strategy (ICS) for a wide array of enterprise initiatives (high-level or high-urgency communications, the kick-off of initiatives or campaigns, changes to existing programs or new programs, etc.) in order to tell our story, engage our employees as well as keep them up-to-date and informed. This position provides consistent internal messaging, ensuring that all assigned communications are communicated on message and in a familiar format to aid in organizational understanding of new internal developments and change initiatives.
Essential Functions
Plan, Assist, and Develop Internal Communications: Recommend, develop, and deliver messaging in a variety of mediums that adheres to Ent's ICS for a wide variety of topics such as change management initiatives (general project updates, new policy/procedure etc. ), employee announcements, and any other related internal communications. Create internal communication to match the level of the intended internal audience (general employees to Executive Level only) and collaborate with the marketing area as needed to ensure consistent tone in communications.
Key Employee Communications: Develop articles, newsletters, presentations, scripts, and topics of interest regarding key employee meetings and/or events on various topics. May be directed to initiate "strategy" emails to begin the conversation with various key employees on "How do we approach X?" Determine from and understand intent of change management communications from various key employees and craft concise communications to indicated levels of employees. Craft various Executive communications as needed from all areas of the organization for employee only facing messaging. Collaborate and assist in the production of the employee newsletters to include identifying themes, topics and key stakeholders, gathering of content, editing of content and distribution to internal employees. Communication Strategic Alignment: Gather data from employee population on various internal topics and provide findings to key stakeholders. Discuss communication styles with key employees on how to best deliver messages that resonate in their groups. Review, recommend, and implement approved changes to Ent's ICS general guidelines. Maximize the effectiveness of internal communication by analyzing and assessing processes and results. Identify gaps and areas for opportunity as it relates to overall content development. Report out KPIs for internal communications as it pertains to email and newsletter consumption. Be the resource/go-to point-of-contact for other business units and their content needs. Showcase members of leadership and increase visibility through ongoing articles and other forms of communication. Inform and engage staff with effective and timely communication.

Qualifications
Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Organizational Development, or a similar field of study.
2+ years' of relevant experience managing employee-focused or collaboration-focused communications content, plans, and/or channels including e-channels.
Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.

The pay range for this position is: $30 to $39 per Hour (S15)
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
This position is eligible for our corporate bonus program based on company performance.
