Perform general building maintenance tasks; receive work orders and performs tasks required to complete duties assignedMonitor and record water temperatures throughout the facility, such as resident use areas, laundry and dietary areasMonitor and maintain HVAC system, electrical systems, and emergency generator systemsOther duties as assigned
